来年でソロ・デビュー10周年を迎えるGacktが、10月29日（水）にライヴBOXアルバム『nine＊nine』をリリースする。「Mizerable」でソロ・デビューを果たした 99年から限りなく10周年に近いということで、、10周年へ向けたこれからのGacktを語るなどの意味を込めて、9.9という数字がタイトルに採用された。
そして、このアルバムの特典がすごい。特典DVD内で、自身がソロデビュー後初めて務めたラジオの人気レギュラー番組『食われた羊羮と齧られた蜜柑』（TOKYO-FM系99年４月６日から９月27日放送）を9.9年ぶりに復活させている。特典用の疑似放送とはいえ、当時と同じラジオ局のスタジオで、当時のスタッフをすべて集め、収録開始時刻も同じ深夜１時という徹底ぶりでつくられたこの番組、もちろん内容も充実している。
約9.9年前のGackt本人の写真をパネルにして当時を振り返りつつ、9.9年かけて上達したガンダムのキャラクターのモノマネを披露したり、ゲストコーナーでは、マル秘ゲストを迎えた海外共演秘話や、バンド時代のローディを迎えては、バンド車で移動したツアーの思い出を語る。
また、かつて西城秀樹のトリビュート・アルバムに参加した際の「傷だらけのローラ」のカヴァー、缶コーヒーFIREのCM企画でCD未発売のため今では貴重なGacktが歌う「To Feel The FIRE」、自身の未収録楽曲となっていた「Justified」などレアな音源を聴くことができる、必見必聴の内容となっている。
「9.9年前のガソリンの店頭価格はいくらだったか？」などの社会現象を踏まえたクイズにGacktが珍解答、というような普段みせない部分を垣間見れるといったラジオ番組ならではのひとコマも。これはファンならチェックしないわけにはいかないでしょう。
"While looking back on that era with a panel featuring Gackt's actual photos from about 9.9 years ago, the progress of Gackt's imitation of gundam characters over those 9.9 years will be introduced, and in the guest corner a totally secret guest will be invited to share secret stories of acting overseas together, also, road crew from the era when Gackt was in a band (Malice Mizer) will be invited to reminisce on the times when they were travelling around in the band car during the tour.
Like in a radio programme, Gackt will be sharing his rare answers to a quiz based on the social phenomenons of that time with questions like "how much was the retail price of gasoline 9.9 years ago?" etc, and this rarely seen image (of Gackt) will be filmed in this video. Also, the (collection) will contain "A must for Fans! Must-listen!!" contents where you will be able to listen to extremely rare songs like his cover of "Kizu Darake No Lola" when he participated in the tribute album to Hideki Saijo, Gackt's version of "To feel the FIRE" from the not-for-sale CD (and thus, precious in the current day) for the purpose of the canned coffee's "FIRE" commercial, and also his own unreleased song "Justified"."
